It's simple.  You get lots of remote support, and we keep track of what we do for you.  You pay the monthly fee.  You agree not to hold us liable for any damages, so long as we do not deliberately cause damage.  We agree to maintain your computers to the best of our ability.  And that includes 10 point maintenance on a weekly basis.
