Transparen's Forensics group is conducting a research project about the marketplace conduct of representatives of forensic data recovery companies in Vancouver BC Canada.

To this end, we are interested in learning about forensic data recovery company marketplace conduct from any companies or individuals that have come into contact with forensic data recovery companies in the context of litigation, especially where the forensic data recovery companies have collected digital evidence.  Therefore, subject to approval, Transparen is interested in paying $100 for an affidavit describing the conduct of other forensic data recovery companies in collecting your digital evidence.

Conditions:

• Subject to approval.  Transparen will not accept all affidavits - only selected ones.  For best results, please send an email first, describing your circumstance, and this email will be held in the strictest confidence prior to the creation of the affidavit.
• Both good and bad experiences are of interest.
• Insights into the quality of service are of interest.
• Conduct within Canada MAY be of interest.
• Conduct outside of Canada is NOT of interest.
• Proprietary, secret, and confidential information is NOT of interest.
• Information about any company other than forensic data recovery companies is NOT of interest.
• General information about related international bodies or any member firms of related international bodies, other than the forensic data recovery companies themselves, is NOT of interest.
